According to the news we’ve been able to source, the woman claims she was “Avoiding potholes” in the car when she drifted into oncomming traffic.
The driver behind this car obviously was shooting video, and from what we can tell there were no potholes in the road. Additionally the GPS coordinates of the events were recorded and handed over to the police.
The video was originally posted to Vkontakte then posted to Liveleak and updated by the video’s author.
